A little about me

Hi, I'm Jacques Jean-Baptiste, MBA — a seasoned insurance professional, entrepreneur, and educator, and the founder of Jean-Baptiste Consulting Agency, LLC. With nearly three decades of experience across banking, finance, and insurance, I've built my career around a simple philosophy: insurance shouldn't be about selling a policy — it should be about understanding people, protecting their goals, and creating clarity around their financial future.

What sets my approach apart is a commitment to education before recommendation. Rather than a one-size-fits-all pitch, I take the time to listen, ask questions, and identify solutions that align with your goals, priorities, and budget. Medicare and Life Insurance are where I spend most of my time with clients — but I'm also able to help with Health, Dental & Vision, Property & Casualty, and Business insurance when you need it. I'm also the host of Coverage and Clarity with Jacques, a podcast focused on making insurance and financial protection easier to understand.
